ÜBER MICH

Through my many years of practice in performance art and dance, working with the body has been the focus of my attention for many years. I am always fascinated by how much knowledge and expressiveness lies in our bodies.
Times of being overwhelmed and suffering from physical discomfort led me to bodywork. In somatic practice, including craniosacral work, I experienced a deep sense of connection and learned how healing processes can arise in a compassionate, space-giving presence - in a way that feels gentle and harmonious.
Today I work in resonance with the people I accompany and support them individually on their path through somatic bodywork (which also includes craniosacral work). With a mindful and trauma-sensitive practice, I help to discover the body as a resource for healing experiences and personal development. The field of somatics particularly fascinates me because it constantly opens up new insights and possibilities and shows how diverse and lively access to one's own body can be.
