1. Scope & General Provisions  
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Mag.a Julia Hartig within the framework of the Austrian free trade for Human Energetics.  
1.2 The version valid at the time of contract conclusion applies.  
1.3 Individual agreements with clients must be made in writing.  
1.4 For readability, gendered double forms are omitted. All terms apply equally to all genders.  
1.5 If individual provisions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.  
1.6 Services will only be provided after written consent from the client via the information and consent form.  
1.7 There is no guarantee for achieving a specific result.

2. Clarification of Human Energetics Services  
2.1 The services offered aim to activate and harmonize the body's own energy fields and do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or other professional treatments.  
2.2 No medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy is provided. Clients are advised to consult relevant healthcare professionals for complaints.  
2.3 I am not authorized to perform activities reserved for legally regulated health professions or trades (e.g., physiotherapy, psychotherapy, counseling, massage).  
2.4 All statements and offerings are to be understood as energetic condition descriptions and impulses for self-regulation.  
2.5 No liability is assumed for side effects such as skin reactions or changes in well-being after a session.  
2.6 Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility.  
2.7 Clients are obliged to inform me prior to a session about any relevant pre-existing conditions, hypersensitivities, pregnancy, or similar factors.

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality  
3.1 All personal data is treated strictly confidentially in accordance with the GDPR.  
3.2 For documentation and quality assurance, handwritten notes may be made. These are used internally only, not processed digitally, and stored until revoked by the client.  
3.3 Clients agree that name, address, invoice data, and payment information are stored in accordance with legal retention requirements.

4. Appointments & Cancellation Policy  
4.1 Appointments agreed via online calendar, email, or phone are binding.  
4.2 Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.  
4.3 Cancellations 48–24 hours before the appointment will be charged €35.00.  
4.4 Same-day cancellations or no-shows without prior notice will incur a fee of €70.00.

5. Fees & Payment Terms  
5.1 At the beginning, the client chooses their preferred rate (€80, €90, or €100), which remains valid until changed.  
5.2 Payment is to be made via bank transfer within 7 days. A payment reminder is sent after 11 days, and a formal reminder with a €2.50 fee follows after 30 days.  
5.3 Cash payments, expenses, or travel costs are invoiced separately.  
5.4 I am a small business owner under §6 of the Austrian VAT Act, so no VAT is charged.  
5.5 Prices include all applicable taxes.  
5.6 For 5- or 10-session packages, refunds are excluded. Unused sessions can only be converted into vouchers.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights  
6.1 All content (texts, materials, images) is protected by copyright.  
6.2 Reproduction or distribution is only permitted with written consent.

7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law  
7.1 Austrian law applies, excluding international conflict-of-law rules.  
7.2 Place of performance and jurisdiction is Vienna (1150), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

8. Mediation Clause  
8.1 In the event of a dispute, mediation with registered mediators will be sought before taking legal action.  
8.2 If mediation fails, pre-litigation costs are considered reimbursable.

9. Final Provisions  
9.1 Changes to the GTC must be made in writing.  
9.2 There are no verbal side agreements.
